Our Approach

Each Veil of Veda™ creation is crafted with intention and care. If something isn’t as it should be, we’re here to make it right.

Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

We offer returns or replacements only in the case of:

  • A product arriving in damaged inner or outer packaging
  • A manufacturing defect
  • An incorrect item received

How to Request a Return

Please write to us within 24 hours of delivery at:
marketing@veilofveda.com

Include:

  • An unboxing video
  • Clear images of the issue
  • Your order number

Return Conditions

All items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • With seals and labels intact

Before Accepting Delivery

If the package appears tampered or damaged, we recommend declining delivery.

Once accepted, we may not be able to take responsibility for:

  • Missing items
  • Physical damage
  • Transit tampering

Refunds & Replacements

Once your request is approved:

  • A return pickup will be arranged

After the product is received and passes quality check:

  • A replacement will be sent, or
  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

Refund Timeline:
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days from approval of the return request.

Non-Returnable Cases

Due to the personal nature of skincare, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. You may place a new order if needed.

Fair Usage Policy

Requests that do not meet the above criteria may not be accepted.

This policy aligns with the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020 (India).
